World of Cake

All is well now with the boys. Miles has had a really good week. He's started pointing to things and it is clear that he understands much of what we are saying to him. "Miles go get the soccer ball" "Where's Penny?" and the like. He's also been much happier, probably because he's not puking added to the fact that he has teeth now and can eat pretty much on his own. Miles is showing that he is a little stinker in the fact that he likes to tease you and likes to hide things as he finds it very funny.

John Christopher is transitioning from the crib to the "Big-Boy Bed" and is doing a pretty good job. This was helped with the addition of a special baseball blanket which makes him "extra cozy" (his words). He's quite a funny little boy and is fun to talk to. He has been very excited with the start of NASCAR season, as he likes to play with his race cars and shout at the screen when he sees one of them -- Jeff Gordon, Ryan Newman, Jimmie Johnson and Tony Stewart! And yes, he can tell them all apart. "There's the Number 24 car - Jeff Gordon!!!!!" And yes, his choice to watch, not mine.
