"Penny eat chicken." --John Christopher Cake

It's official. The first sentence from John Christopher. He continues to learn how to talk which is much fun. If you've called us lately, you've certainly heard him go on and on. It's quite fun. He's doing very well and continues to love to play with balls. The newest now is playing catch, which involves Dad wearing the baseball glove and John Christopher throwing the ball to him. He does very well (JC that is) and can usually get the ball across the room to Dad fairly accurately.

Miles is advancing well too. He's rolling over now from front to back and back and forth. We also call him the "face sleeper" because he's usually on his tummy when we come in to the crib. Miles is also continuing his vocal ways by blowing raspberries and is now sitting up by himself for extended periods of time.

We've added some new photos to the photos page so be sure to check them out. We've got a few Miles firsts on there, some pictures from Father's Day with the Mariners and Julie's 30th birthday.

Happy Summer Solstice (yesterday).
